Most framed canvas and print orders ship in 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order heads out.


Yes, expedited options appear at checkout when available for your address and items.

If your order hasn’t shipped, email support@lilacfigprints.com with the correct address and order number. We’ll confirm if we can intercept it.

Check spam/promotions. Still nothing after 24 hours? Contact us and we’ll re-send it.

Check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and any alternate delivery spots. If it still hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, contact us.

Digital Downloads

Your instant-download prints are available immediately after purchase. You’ll receive an email with a download link, and you can always access it via your account. These high-resolution files are optimized for printing at home or at your favorite print lab.

Immediately after purchase we email a download link. You can also find all past downloads in My Account → Downloads.

Most artworks include high-resolution JPG/PNG in multiple aspect ratios for common frames and print sizes. The product page lists the exact formats.

Yes. Our files are optimized for home printers and professional print labs.

Because files are delivered instantly, digital purchases are non-refundable. If a file is corrupted or you got the wrong one, we’ll replace it.

Downloads are for personal use only (home decor, gifts). For licensing/commercial use, contact support@lilacfigprints.com.

Our pieces arrive ready to hang. Use picture hooks rated for the weight; avoid direct sunlight and excessive humidity.

Yes, email your preferred size and the artwork title to support@lilacfigprints.com along with your specifications and we’ll quote custom sizing.

Check the product page gallery for mockups. If you need a specific frame preview, ask and we’ll help.

Returns & Exchanges

For physical products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.

Email support@lilacfigprints.com with your order # and reason. We’ll send you return instructions.

We’ll provide a label for items that arrive damaged or defective. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may apply.

Please email us within 7 days with your order # and photos of the packaging and damage. We’ll replace it right away.

Digital files are non-returnable, but we’ll promptly replace any file issues.
